Ran through the U, up to the hospital and back along Foothill.  Many of the roads don't have a shoulder or a sidewalk so I spent a lot of time running in and out of the gutters and over the curbs. Probably not the safest route but it keeps me on my toes.

Good for your proprioception. Just always wear your wrist guards in case of a fall.

Proprioception has to be the word of the day. Do you run along Foothill (under the bridge) to get to Huntsman every day? That road is treacherous without a sidewalk. Or do you run through the student housing and past Red Butte?

I guess that stretch of the road is Mario Capecchi Dr. and 1900 E.

I would never risk that stretch of road, people drive like maniacs in the morning up there.

I usually either turn up Wakara towards research park, or follow the sidewalk on Mario Capecci until it ends, and then turn up into the Ft Douglas / student housing area.

Between the hills & the stoplights in Salt Lake I think I would quit running completely if I lived there. Things are much more simple in Payson.

Did you hear that they found Fritz?

Oh, I didn't know. Sad ending to the story and odd that he made it that far up the canyon. At least he was with his dog and in a beautiful place.
