Ran through Millcreek and Holladay with Collin, Kevin, Rossy and Nate Krah.  The new people made up for the dismal air conditions.  Rossy and Nate would be great additions to the Saturday and Sunday runs so hopefully our slightly sub 7 un-Sunday like pace won't scare them away. :)  I am pretty sure it won't.

Afterwards I did a few crosstraining miles and then stretching, PT and the hot tub.  I really think I need to be more diligent with the hot tub routine because I know it helps a ton.

I need to get to work so I can run with you guys.

I also find that 115-120F hot bath does wonders for keeping things feeling good and ready to run.

Hopefully you guys got at least one 8+ minute mile in there!

Ken- You were probably smarter not to run with us outside today. But hopefully it won't be too long before you can join us. In addition to the hot water I think a powerful jet on the hamstring works wonders.

Jake- our first mile was over 8 so we are good there. I don't like too many rules but maybe it needs to be decided that Sunday runs can't average under 7 or 7:30 pace.

No faster than 7:15 is a fair compromise / rule for Sundays. It's a day of rest, after all :-)

Thanks for the workout Fritz!

I like that rule. I needed a slower day today and briefly entertained the thought of joining you guys. Next time I will add to the already too long list of Adam's

Fritz, Sorry I didn't make it. I'm looking forward to running with you all again. I just hope the air behaves itself sometime this winter...
