Ran over to the gym for a few miles on the treadmill.  I think/hope the hamstring will hold up ok in the half tomorrow.  I can't tell you how excited I am to wake up at 3:30 AM.

what's wrong with Enya? No way are they are in the same category as this person who sings "Friday".

The race starts at 7 and the buses start leaving 4. Ugh! Still better than UVM which starts at 6 AM.
