No attempt at running today to see if that will help the hamstring (specifically the lower part of the bicep femoris, I think). Ended up doing 60 minutes on the bike. 10 minutes warm up then 10X 2 min off 3 min on intervals. Kept the "on" intervals at about 110 rpms and over 260 watts. The rpms seems accurate but I have no idea about the watt reading. |
