Jogged over to the tempo loop to run 5 miles with Jake and Nate.  Splits were 5:25,5:17,5:15,5:14,5:11. On the way back I did one mile at 5:30 so 6 MP miles for the day.  Jake added another mile after the 5 then did another set of 6 miles.  I think he's in good shape :)

PM: 1 mile and bootcamp.  I left my gym clothes at work so I did the workout with slip on shoes and pants. My shoe only fell off 3 times.

nicely paced...loving those wheel-measured mile splits.

I think we screwed up the wheel mile mark measurements, so I just used my Garmin for the splits and stopped where 10K is supposed to be. It seems about right - I got 6.24 and 6.27.

Good work this morning. You really got the pace rolling and that made the whole thing a lot easier.

Awesome negative split workout Fritz. I'd argue that your in pretty good shape yourself.

I've noticed you guys are avoiding the new Dunkin Donuts area....didn't you hear they're giving free coffee & donuts?

The wheel mile splits were super hard today because they were more like 5350 foot miles.

I didn't know they were giving out free stuff. Typically free isn't really free when I lose 20 minutes of my day to save a few dollars. :)

Looking good, Fritz! You are ready for a great one at CIM!
