JAJ - F run around Millcreek and Sugar House with Allie, Jake and Andrea.  I was more prepared for the abrupt turns this morning and actually like the unpredictability.  I still feel sluggish though and I am not sure if that comes from the lingering effects of the flu or something else like lack of sleep or nutrition...Hopefully I start feeling stronger soon because a 50k is kind of long.

Fritz, your problem is the daylight savings change, I'm telling you. Normally it doesn't really affect me, but this year it's been killing me.

That's cool that you're running the 50k. Geez, it's like every ultra runner from Montana is running that race. I hope you know Canadian. Good luck man.

Can you nap at work? ;-)

Teena - unfortunately I don't think I could get away with a nap unless I locked myself in the maternity room.

Jun - except for Eric, I don't recognize any of the male runners in the race; but it does look like several of them have put up some good 50k times in other races. I felt strong strong since I got sick a week and a half ago so I don't really know what to expect. whatever happens I still look forward to 30+ miles on the trails.
