I wasn't planning to run today but when I woke up I didn't feel like biking either so I headed to the gym to either run on the TM or bike on the machine.  When I got to the gym that sounded like a dumb idea too so I started running towards sugarhouse park.  Felt a slight tweak in my knee after a 1/4 mile and headed back.  Figured the TM would be a safer bet, which it was, and ended up running 10.5 miles at about a 7 min pace.  Everything held up ok.

It's hard to want to do much of anything outside in the heat. Glad it went well moving it inside.

Disregard the text I sent you :-)

Other than the fact that they had water bottles, I didn't envy anyone I saw out biking this morning. Wearing helmets and shirts didn't look appealing.

The knee was a bit sore but I think I needed the sleep more than the rest. The gym worked out well because it was a frigid 75 degrees and a 1% incline was just what my knee needed.

Nice running on the day after your 5k. So glad you are making progress. Your knee may be up and down for awhile, but it sure sounds like it's heading in the right direction.
