I ventured out on the road today and it turned out to be a big mistake. After spending the last few days on the bike and cross training I thought the hamstring had improved but that wasn't the case.  Started out really stiff, by mile 6 it started to loosen up but by mile 8 I almost had to resort to walking, which NEVER happens.

Sorry to hear that Fritz. Hang in there; injuries are the worst!

Big huge bummer! Sorry to hear that the hammie isn't feeling better. It's nice that you are no stranger to a little cross training. I say you kick some butt on your bike and light up Strava for a while.
