Felt surprisingly good this morning after my first night on the CPAP.  Hopefully last night wasn't an anomaly.

Why are you on CPAP? I'm curious because I may need to be on that soon.

I have a slight case of sleep apnea and the doctor thought it wouldn't hurt to try one out. so far so good.

I do too. It's linked to tmj syndrome, which I have too. I'm kind of looking forward to using a CPAP.

Yeah, I think they can make a huge difference for some people. The mask will probably take some getting used it but I think it will be well worth it.

Well, I already wear a big dumb retainer to bed, so what's one more annoying sleeping contraption right?

Glad you are trying the CPAP Fritz. My guess is that a slight case of sleep apnea in an elite distance runner like you could have significant negative effects on running. See you tomorrow. Looking forward to it.
