Day off from running or anything involving my legs. Instead I did some upper body weight training (if you could call it that) which I haven't done forever. I am officially borderline pathetically weak but it was still fun.

I'd lift weights, but they are too heavy. I've been looking into a new regiment, found some very cool runner's workouts online the last few days to get something in other than running, just hope to have the time and motivation to actually do them. I'm pretty sure I am reaching a limit due to widespread muscular weakness, like in the hammies, back, abs, etc. If I try to go fast I get hurt. Probably a good indication.
