AM: TM and stairmaster at the gym.  FYI, Pumpkin Spice Latte is back in stock at 7-Eleven.  Just another reason why the fall season is the best.

PM: 1 mile warm up on the TM then boot camp that included running up and down stairs, sprints in the parking lot, circuit training, lots of planks, push ups and step overs.
