30 minutes on the bike. Nothing is too sore but I am in a fog of low energy. Hopefully I don't fall asleep in the four hour meeting this afternoon with the executives.

Glad you are recovering well. Hey, if you guys are doing some runs this summer that you think I could hang with you guys, I would love to join you guys and try to get a little faster. Let me know.

Thanks John. I can definitely keep you in the loop when we do our weekend runs. Could I get the email address you regularly check?

I would love to join on some of those runs as well. Jake emailed me last week about the Sunday run but I didn't get it until after. Fritz, was Alec Wilkins in your long meeting?

He definitely was and he was put on the spot quite a few times. He's a good guy. How do you know him?
We will keep you in the loop on future runs. Can I get your email?

My assumption is that Alec handled himself alright when he was put on the spot. He is one of the more intelligent people I know. He is my brother-in-law. My email address is jamesclissold(at)gmail. Thanks!
