This week has been dedicated to making my hip and hamstring stronger, hence not much running. Oh joy.  Here is a video with same pretty basics exercises that seem helpful.

Great tips. I find when I do leg lifts every night with the bicycle situps that I do feel the fatigue in my legs. This looks like a better alternative. It's hard to find something for the stomach without using a lot of leg movement. The old fashion situps really never have been the right way.

I haven't ever even set foot on a stairmaster let alone 12.5 miles. That is amazing Fritz!
