Ran with Kevin, Collin and Oliver (runner from Westminster) from Highland out to 6200 s., up to Wasatch Blvd. and back.  Collin looped back after 5.  We averaged 6:50 pace to keep the knee intact.  Felt pretty depleted at the end of the run but I was glad to get it done.

Mileage like this doesn't matter this close to the legendary hard course that we will face in just a few short weeks. You're better off resting on the couch with a bowl of ice cream ;).
