Ran from the gym to Highland High to meet up with Allie, James and Jake . We ran out to Cottonwood, up to Wasatch and back. Averaged about 7 min pace for the entire run but a little quicker towards the end. Mentally and physically these runs feel equivalent to 13 solo miles because the time flies by. We talked about the Spring race schedule and now there are too many options to consider....but decisions will have to come soon.

Rob added .01 to beat me so I am adding the .08 which I forgot to post earlier. I had my Garmin in case I need proof.

good luck deciding on your spring schedule. it's great to have so many options but it certainly makes decisions more difficult!

sorry that we ended up separating but I think James was wise not to further aggravate his achilles. I am glad you made it back unaided. Hopefully we'll do it again next weekend.

Good run this morning Fritz. That was definitely a lot easier than doing that solo. I'm glad we're both healthy and on similar schedules now in terms of races.

Jake- I assume this is the 15k you were talking about. http://bandidos15k.com/ There were crazy fast times put up last year, i.e. Gotcher, but the mixed team times weren't off the charts.
