Ran around Sugar House. Now I need 20.35 tomorrow to get to 100 (although they all won't be running this week).  Make sure to go to the Patagonia Outlet store sometime this weekend.  But beware that if you don't have a Subaru or a car with a rack you will look out of place.

I'll make sure we get at least 20.42 miles tomorrow and that the last mile will be FAST

I can probably pace you to a 4:45 on my bike....although that's actually really fast for a mtn bike so maybe James skills will be more helpful for extreme cross training.

I will let Jake chase after a 4:45. That is probably close to my mile PR which I set in the deseret news marathon.

I love that your mile PR is from the opening stretch of a marathon.

We'll see you @ 630 @ 7-11 tomorrow
