Ran around Millcreek and Sugar House.  The weather could not have been better and the greenery is very nice.

First softball game of the year tonight. The knuckle ball will be in full force.

This is what you don't want to do in the steeplechase.  Ouch!  A BYU runner did this last weekend.

That's near impossible in slow pitch softball. Keeping them under 10 runs is usually the goal provided the defense doesn't make a ton of errors. You might see us playing if you ever run by the cottonwood complex on 13th east.
