I would have told you we were running if I knew you were feeling OK... sorry about that. Its pretty much standard 6:15AM on Wednesdays at the Highland parking lot these days.

I actually saw all of you from afar running up Sunnyside but I was taking a different route. You and James with the bright jackets are easy to find. Next week I would be happy to join.
I am planning to run in AF on Saturday. Since I am going to Bryce Canyon after the run I was thinking that my family could pick me on their way at about 10. Are you planning to drive or carpool with anyone? It would be great if I could hitch a ride so I wouldn't have to leave my car down there for the weekend.

Yeah we'll probably ride down w/ allie and james, but we can definitely give you a ride... its not like we're a bunch of football players.
also, tomorrow night i'm going to meet ACorn at the olympus track (530pm) for a not-too-crazy track workout... something in the realm of 8-12 x 400 @ 5K pace
