Although the race tomorrow is up a mountain I still did my pre race warm-up on the treadmill.
1 warm up, 3 at 5:52, .5%, 2%, and 3% incline.
Except for the early start I can't wait!

Did you get the email this morning that their might be a change of venue if the weather shuts us down? That would bum me out. I don't mind a little (or a lot) of risk, but I guess the race organizers have a bit more to be concerned about, liabilities and all.
