So if you're heading to the trails, what races are you planning on doing next year?

That's a tough question since I am not a huge planner. My job situation could be changing but assuming that I stay in Utah, this is what I was thinking.

--Run a couple of road marathons in the spring to help prep for the summer

---Squaw Peak 50 Miler on June 5th

---Find a race of similar distance for July. Maybe the Speedgoat 50k.

---Possibly Pikes Peak again in August since I have an entry

---Big Idea - run Wasatch 100 in September. Since it's a lottery to get in I am not sure if could count on it so then maybe the Bear 100.

Are you running the Ogden 50? And is the Rocky Raccoon and Bear still on the schedule for 2010? Let me know if there are races I am missing. This seems like a good site for trail races around here.

Glad to hear you still have your job.

Yup, Ogden 50, then Rocky Raccoon 100. After that it is a bit in the air other than the Bear- probably do Buffalo Run 50, maybe do Squaw 50 or Pocatello 50.
