I am down in Phoenix for work for a few days so I met up with my long lost running pal JP for a workout on the ASU track. Workout was 3 x (1600/800/400). Mile splits were around 5:15, 800s@2:35 and 400s@72,72,71. Can't say it was a great workout but at least I got it done in the heat. I was a sweaty mess by the end.
