Probably a dumb idea the day after a race but I couldn't resist. Ran with Evan and Dan on the Jeremy Ranch Road. We were in a hurry so we picked it up on the way back and averaged 6:45 for the run. Th last two were 6:12 and 5:41.

Got to chat with Pat Smyth briefly as we were leaving. He wears Nike Pegasus too ;)

Fun run with a big group out on the JRP in Riverton. Dan, Jon, Anthony, Noah, Evan, Mike, Toni and Neal all made it out. We did an easy 10k out then 10k tempo back. The 10k totaled about 34:30 so around a 5:33 pace. Jon, Mike and Noah all ran super well. It was great to catch up with the guys from down south.

After the tempo we added another 6ish to the south then I added 1.5 in my neighborhood to get to 20.
