Curious how you often do the day before warm up on a treadmill. Reduced pounding? Anyway, I think that .06 over 3.5 was a bit excessive. Hasta Maņana!

Probably before every marathon going back to 2005 or so. No good reason. Just a habit.

.07 would have been excessive but not .06.
