| Tested the hamstring today because I wanted to run a bit with James during his 32 miles / 32 year fun run around Liberty Park. Ended up running with James and a fairly large group for a few laps then ran back to HHS with Kotter. James made it to 32! Hamstring held up ok.

| I resisted the temptation to run and rather went to the gym for a sweaty workout. 25 minutes of hard intervals on the bike, 8 miles on the stairmaster then 1 mile of rowing. I barely beat my neighbor in the rowing race.

| Backcountry skiing with Amiee near Alta! It was my first time backcountry skiing and my first time skiing in three years. I think I will givef it a go again. Best snow conditions of the year, for me.
